2021 Website User Satisfaction Survey

In order to improve the quality of statistical services through the website www.bps.go.id, BPS conducted a Website User Satisfaction Survey during September 2021.

This survey aims to capture the perceptions and experiences of data users while accessing the BPS website to improve the service quality of the BPS website.
