The Central Bureau of Statistics is an organizing institution established by law to carry out public service activities. In order to realize a public service system, BPS builds Integrated Statistical Services (PST), namely the provision of data services and statistical activities of several types of services carried out in an integrated manner through one door by one work unit as the person in charge, namely BPS Cilegon Municipality.

Integrated Statistical Service Standards are benchmarks used as guidelines for service delivery and reference for assessing service quality as an obligation and commitment of the Central Bureau of Statistics in the context of integrated statistical services that are quality, fast, easy, affordable, and measurable.
