The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Cilegon Municipality held a Knowledge Sharing activity with the theme “Potential Utilization of AI at BPS Cilegon Municipality ”, as an effort to strengthen the capacity of employees in facing the era of digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
This activity aims to open employees' insights into various opportunities for AI utilization, especially in supporting statistical and office administration tasks. One of the main topics discussed was the utilization of AI in making activity reports quickly, efficiently, and still informative.
Through AI technology, the process of preparing activity reports-which previously took quite a long time-can be simplified with the help of data-based writing automation systems and text analysis. AI is also able to help summarize activity results, compile narratives, and improve grammar and writing structure, resulting in a higher quality report that is ready to be used as documentation and publication material.
Through this activity, it is hoped that all BPS Cilegon Municipality employees will be more prepared and adaptive in facing technological developments, and able to optimize the use of AI to support more innovative and effective performance.
