Abstract

  • Banten's export value in April 2019 fell 32.93 percent compared to March 2018 exports to US $ 667.89 million.
  • April 2019 non-oil and gas exports decreased 32.74 percent to US $ 667.46 million compared to the previous month.
  • April 2019 oil and gas exports fell 87.59 percent compared to March 2019 to US $ 0.43 million.
  • Unusually, the largest non-oil and gas export value in April 2019 came from iron and steel goods (HS 72), which reached US $ 127.21 million.
  • The biggest non-oil and gas export destination in April 2019 is Thailand with an export value of US $ 99.33 million.
  • April 2019 non-oil and gas exports experienced a decline in the agricultural and industrial sectors, but there was an increase in the mining sector and others.
  • The import value of Banten in April 2019 increased by 15.04 percent compared to March 2018, to US $ 1,066.11 million.
  • April 2019 non-oil and gas imports decreased 11.67 percent to US $ 591.78 million.
