Abstract

In March 2025, there was year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Cilegon Municipality of 0.88 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 107.09.
The y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices indicated by an increase in some expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 1.16 percent; the clothing and footwear group by 4.93 percent; the household equipment, tools and routine maintenance group by 0.5 percent; the transportation group by 1.32 percent; the recreation, sports and culture group by 1.25 percent; the education group by 1.57 percent; the food and beverage/restaurant provision group by 3.83 percent; and the personal care and other services group by 11.31 percent.
The month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate of Cilegon Municipality in March 2025 was 1.81 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) deflation rate of Cilegon MUnicipality in March 2025 was 0.10 percent.
