Abstract

The report on the results of the 2024 Data Needs Survey implementation is presented in the form of a publication entitled "Analysis of Data Needs Survey BPS-Statistics Cilegon Municipality 2024”. This publication contains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of the performance of PST BPS-Statistics Cilegon Municipality services as well as consumer perceptions of the quality of data. The main indicators are presented in this publication includes the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (ACPI).
