Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in July 2019 amounting to 99.27 or up by 0.48 percent

Abstract

Banten NTP in July 2019 amounted to 99.27, up 0.48 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The increase in NTP is due to an increase in the Farmers Received Price Index (It) that is greater than the increase in the Prices of Prices Paid by Farmers (Ib)

In July 2019 there was rural inflation in Banten Province of 0.37 percent which occurred in all expenditure groups with successive increases occurring in clothing, education, recreation and sports, food, health, processed food, beverages, cigarettes , and tobacco, housing and transportation and communication.

The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange (NTUP) in July 2019 amounted to 105.62, up 0.65 percent compared to NTUP the previous month.

The average grain price at the farm level in July compared to June for Dry Grain (GKG) increased by 2.73 percent while Dry Grain Harvest (GKP) increased by 1.96 percent.

Average price of grain in July 2019 at the Farmer level for quality MPD of Rp. 4,520 and GKP Rp. 4,047 - per kg.

The lowest grain price at the farm level is Rp. 3,700, - per kg for the quality of GKP with ciherang and invari-30 varieties while the highest price at the farm level is Rp. 4,600 - per kg for the quality of MPD with the Ciherang variety.

The nominal wage of farm workers in July 2019 compared to the wages of agricultural laborers in June 2019 has increased by 0.10 percent or up from Rp. 63,660, - per day to Rp. 63,722, - per day, but in real terms *) decreased by 0.28 percent which was down from Rp. 44,565, - per day to Rp. 44,442, - per day.
