Abstract

In December 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Cilegon City will be 1.98 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 107.20.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in most expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 1.11 percent; clothing and footwear group at 5.85 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 0.36 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 1.17 percent; health group by 0.12 percent; transportation group by -0.05 percent; information, communication and services group finance by -0.09 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 1.35 percent; education group by 1.75 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 4.56 percent; and the personal care and other services group at 9.67 percent.

The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate for Cilegon City in December 2024 is 0.44 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate for Cilegon City in December 2024 is 1.98 percent.
